Retreat for Men
February 8 @ 9:00 am - February 9 @ 12:00 pm$175
The retreat for men at Our Lady of Calvary will be presented by Fr. Warren Savage.
The theme of the retreat is Go in Peace, Glorifying the Lord with your life!
“God’s word, listened to and celebrated, above all in the Eucharist, nourishes and inwardly strengthens Christians, enabling them to offer an authentic witness to the Gospel in daily life (EG, n. 174).” These words are taken from Pope Francis’ Apostolic Exhortation, Evangelii Gaudium, The Joy of the Gospel, remind Christians of their baptismal identity to live a life in accordance with the gospel proclaimed by the crucified and risen Lord. The weekend retreat is a graced time for participants to reflect on the Word of God to discern what it means to be sent forth “in peace, glorifying the Lord by your life.”
