Women Rowing North; Navigating Life’s Currents as We Grow Older
The runway is getting shorter as we age. This program is designed especially for women in their mid 60’s and older. Join JoAnne for a day that will explore ways to cultivate resilience as you enjoy life more with each passing year.
While we do not always have control of our life, we do have the power to make choices. Learn how to change the way you think and behave. Together we will examine society’s misconceptions and helpful attitudes and skills to disown them. We will also explore ways to cope with loss and embrace wisdom with authenticity.
The program is based on Mary Pipher’s book, Women Rowing North. JoAnne will also draw on her own experience as a mother, grandmother, and therapist.
This program includes lunch.
Snow date February 9.
Presenter: JoAnne Ceccarelli-Egan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Pastoral Counselor. She is also a member of the OLC Retreat Team.
